So how do we find new owners?
Obviosuly a vast percentage of the supporter base want the current incompetents and shysters removed forthwith, but as Ashley at Newcastle is showing, even when an owner wants out finding worthwhile new owners is easier said than done.

So how do we find new owners that would both invest their hard earned, and have the success of the club as their overriding objectives?

A quick search of famous West Ham fans suggetss there are some famous followers, but none (the queen aside) you'd consider in the super-rich camp.

Down the back of the sofa?
After all, that's where our current owners keep looking for transfer funds...

Totally get the sarcasm but it's a serious question with no easy answer.

It's no easy answer when the scum that own has have left us with very little assets apart from the tv income

Re: So how do we find new owners?
Apologies. Been getting it in the neck on C&H about complaining about what those bastards have done. One suggesting I simply build a business empire and buy it from them - conveniently forgetting that they got the club for a knock down price because it was virtually bankrupt and that I work in the public sector, so not all that likely I'm going to become a millionaire any time soon.
Plus I look shit with a moustache and am unlikely to get much work in porn.

Re: So how do we find new owners?
In actuality, we have to accept that all fo the lines they fed us about how great we'd be will only be relevant if the government bite the bullet and sell us the stadium, as they let promoters buy the other great white elephant, the Dome.
If we owned the stadium we become a whole lot more interesting.

HI Fellas prior to game DGS get call from Michael Tabor and his Road Town associates THEY will provide funds to invest in new players and clear ALL personal and club debts for an unknown stake THIS is a big offer I ASSUME they would want around 40 percent of the club THE DGS response will be of interest these people are NOT looking to buy WH outright as such BUT they certainly have enough money to do so IRONMIKE.

kirok, of course you can use any site you want but you know C&H are connected to the club? you're never going to get a fair crack on there, especially from that strange cunt southon

Re: So how do we find new owners?
Stubbo, would love that to be true. I thought Tabor's grou had investments in other clubs that stopped him investing? I'd love him to buy them fuckers out, I've an idea they'll flatly refuse it

Re: So how do we find new owners?
I'm not aware of Tabor having a stake in anything that'd stop him buying us. As to whether he has the financial wherewithal to do that on his own, I'm not so sure. Some of his friends, on the other hand...

Exchange & Mart? eBay? Top end of Romford Market on a Friday, opposite the gardening stall?

The whole organisation is so toxic at the moment, not even the possibility of Premiership Football every other week and the media exposure that brings seems that inviting.

Now. I wonder on who's watch that happened...

It's insane, but I'm not sure that's even enough to purchase and bankroll even a moderately successful PL club.

Re: So how do we find new owners?
Is all about Cash flow really. Sullivan is worth 2B but its all tied up in property. Everton's bloke is worth the same as Sullivan but would appear to be cash rich and willing to spend.

The club as a going concern turn a not insignificant profit provided Prem League status is maintained.

Placing an advert in the Saudi classifieds might do the trick.

Re: So how do we find new owners?
The club turns a profit. Therefore a relatively sensible level of investmet is needed. Maybe £200/300m cash injection without exbortant interest rates being charged would be enough on top of any purchase price.

City and Chelsea work now they are profit making as those proceeds are reinvested. Our owners are just not willing to reinvest or provide a sensible level of cash injection to allow us to achieve the goals get set.

Pretty sure Infidel, Branded, Swiss, Wiltell and Gavros are rich enough to be our new board.

They just need to agree among themselves and launch a take over bid.

They're already borrowing money from one of Tabors companies.
